Our staff have been trained in working closely with individuals in a compassionate way to ensure that all problems are resolved appropriately. Due to the emotional toll that hoarding can take on a family our staff will work closely with all parties involved. Hoarding is not just an issue of removing debris as there can be hidden damage underneath. We will aid in the removal of all debris, treat any contaminated areas and then restore the area to a livable state.

Animal Infestation / Hoarding

Having a pet or two can be one of the most wonderful things in life. Animals have an unconditional love for their owners and most times owners have an unconditional love for their pets. However, sometimes there comes a point where the animals become too much for the owner to keep up with the maintenance. Animal urine and fecal matter are difficult to clean with household products due to enzymes that may be left behind. Our staff is compassionate and understanding of the importance of your pets. We use special enzymatic cleaners to clean the area to remove the biological enzymes and smells that are left behind.

Sewage / Water Mitigation

Sewage includes any liquid or solid that contains fecal matter, pathogens or other microorganisms that can cause diseases. When an area is affected with sewage it is important to identify all contaminated areas so that all areas can be treated. There are some materials that once exposed to sewage cannot be properly decontaminated and must be disposed of properly. Our staff will work closely with you and inform you of any belongings that will need to be removed. Once all biological contamination is corrected the area will be properly restored and sealed with Smart Shield ™ to deter mold growth.

Mold

Over the past few years the tri-state area has been plagued with strong storms that have caused areas to flood that have not in the past. Many people believe the just drying the area out and spraying some bleach on it will cure any problem. This is not the case. If mold is not treated properly it can become an indoor contaminate that can affect the health of your family and the structural safety of the building. Our staff is trained in a multi-step process to eradicate the mold, remove it if needed and then sealing the area with Smart Shield ™ to deter future mold growth.

[av_textblock size=” font_color=” color=”]
One of the growing problems that many households are now having to deal with is bed bugs. During the day bed bugs hide in small cracks and crevices in all rooms of a house, apartment or office space. Since some adult bed bugs can survive up to a year without food, preparing the area before treatment is the most effective way of completely removing the problem. Our staff will work with you to properly prepare your space while ensuring your belongings are treated with the utmost respect and care. When this process is used prior to or in conjunction with pesticide application it has been proven that the success rate is optimized. Without proper preparation the bed begs may return.

League of Municipalities Convention

Have you ever thought: Are there really companies out there that clean up disgusting things like blood and bodily fluids?  Today television has brought to our attention that there are some pretty dirty jobs out there.  But to us it is just another day.

Every November the League of Municipalities in the state of NJ holds a convention down in Atlantic City.  We have set up our booth every year for the past nine years and hear the same comments: “I would never need you”, “Gross!”, and of course the “Seriously, you do that?”.   Yes we are a family owned and operated company that cleans up the things that no one else ever thinks of from homicides, suicides and unfound deaths.

So why are we so important?  Many people walk past our booth with the deer in the headlights look.  Some intrigued, some grossed out and others just in awe.  Our biggest mission is to give information so that people are aware of our services.  So thank you to those that stopped by, took a pen or even had the chance to talk to one of us.
